Archdragon Peak is one of the most difficult areas in Dark Souls 3. It contains a number of tough enemies and a difficult boss, but it has a lot to offer players.
Serpent-Men are a major problem here, as they use a wide variety of weapons and shotels to deal damage. They can also spit projectiles that can bypass shields, making them a nightmare for players without good parrying or dodging skills.
Rock Lizards are also an issue in this area, as they can roll forward and cause players to stagger. They are also susceptible to lightning, which can kill them quickly.
There’s an NPC in this area impersonating Havel, which can be a pain to take down if you’re not skilled at parrying and dodging attacks. Once slain, the NPC will reveal a Titanite Slab for you to collect.
If you want to find all of the treasures and legendaries in this area, a few tricks can help you along. First, go north over the shallow river to a bounce pad. Then, head left to another bounce pad that leads to a platform with a Legendary Treasure on it. Next, kill a few Chompies on the platform and a Monster Gate will open up, which lets you reach a second Dragon Horn.
