A dragon heart is a source of dragon blood that can be used to make potions, stronger versions of the flame/ice/lightning dragon bone swords and for teleporting to any dragon roost, nest or cavern. They are also used to craft the Dragon forge.
In addition to their use for crafting, Dragon hearts can be used to respawn all loot in the vicinity of any dragon roost, nest or cave. They can also be combined with a piece of flesh and scales to create a Dragon egg. Finally, they can be used as part of the Dragon locator, which is a great way to track down dragons!
