Are dragons flying? It seems impossible. They have massive wings and use most of their muscle power to lift themselves. If dragons did fly, they would need very strong bones. In addition, the diameter of their bones should be large enough to support their body weight. This means that dragons should have hollow bones that are much wider than their dense counterparts. They should also be lighter because hollow bones are much stronger than dense bones. The Game of Thrones dragons’ wings would be made of bone, but the weight of the weight is still heavy.
Dragons may be small, but they could easily reach 1000 pounds without grounding. Unlike Daenerys’ children, dragons cannot grow to several tons. Dragons have evolved from their serpentine ancestors, making their bodies compact and less serpentine. Hence, dragons in art depicted in ancient times were serpentine and long, and their bodies resembled those of a snake. However, it is not clear why dragons have become smaller and less serpentine.
Dragons were pet lizards before their evolution. However, they have now become much larger and dangerous, resembling pet lizards with wings. The creator of Game of Thrones, George R.R. Martin, attributes the ability of dragons to magic and mad scientists. However, it is not entirely clear whether dragons ever flew. The fifth season of Game of Thrones will air on HBO this Sunday. The show will be back for another season.
